We may collect personal information including your full name, email address, phone number, IP address, booking and appointment data, communication history, and Stripe transaction confirmation data. We do not store full credit card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to process bookings and deposits, deliver appointment communications, assign leads to artists, run advertising performance tracking, improve platform performance, and send marketing promotions.
3. Stripe & Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Stripe operates under its own Privacy Policy, and My Tattoo Expert does not control Stripe’s internal data handling practices.
4. Data Sharing
Your information may be shared with assigned tattoo artists, Stripe, SMS and email providers, CRM systems, and advertising platforms such as Meta and Google. We do not sell your personal data.
5. CCPA Rights
California residents have the right to know what personal data we collect, request deletion of their data, opt out of certain data sharing, and receive equal service regardless of exercising privacy rights. Requests may be submitted to [email protected].
6. GDPR Rights

7. Cookies, Pixels & Tracking
We use website cookies, Meta tracking pixels, and Google Analytics for advertising optimization and performance tracking.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for business operations, legal compliance, and performance analysis.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of eighteen (18).
